*20% discount on room rate for respite stays. Offer is available for a minimum of two weeks, moving in before 31st December 2020 and moving out before 31st January 2021. Respite stays are subject to assessment and prices will vary dependent on care required and will include the cost of personal care, accommodation, food and drink including selected snacks, alcoholic drink with your main meal, laundry undertaken on the premises, a range of daily social and well-being activities, house newspapers and magazines, Sky TV and WiFi in communal areas. The following extra items and services are not covered by the offer - professional hairdressing, chiropody, physiotherapy, manicures, chaperone to non-emergency appointments, non-emergency transportation, guest meals, personal Sky TV, ironing services, personal copies of newspapers or magazines, some alcoholic beverages, tray charges for meals taken in room, personal purchases such as stationery, confectionery, alcoholic beverages, particular snacks, special soaps and toiletries, clothing, shoes and slippers, dry cleaning, private telephone line rental and calls. Visiting our homes: latest information

Due to the latest national restrictions, we continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis, following public health advice. We’ve a detailed set of criteria to inform when an individual home can be reopened safely to limited visiting either by families or existing residents. The majority of our homes are open for new residents.

How we’re keeping our care homes safe

At Sunrise Senior Living UK, the health and happiness of our residents is of the utmost importance. It’s why over 90% of our care homes are rated as Good or Outstanding by the CQC. That’s why we’ve put in place a range of rigorous measures to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection within our homes, and to protect the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents and the team around them.
