Sunrise of Weybridge

Meet Our Team

One of the reasons why every Sunrise home is much more than just a care home is the team of people working there. Every hour of every day, Sunrise team members are working to make sure that our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. Here are just a few of the people you’ll find at your local Sunrise care home.

Liz McLauchlan, General Manager

Weybridge - Liz McLauchlan

I’m so proud to be the leader of a successful team where everyone puts their heart and soul into everything they do in their day-to-day duties, making a real difference to the lives of people we serve. We all share the common goal of putting our residents first and making their time with us the best it can be.

Katie Keeval, Deputy Manager

Weybridge - Katie Keeval

Working at Sunrise of Weybridge is incredibly rewarding. I see families on a daily basis having to make incredibly difficult decisions for themselves or their loved ones. I am able to guide them through the process with confidence knowing that we are able to offer the best standard of care in this beautiful setting.

The true reward is seeing someone who was struggling at home prove our mission in practice; ‘To Champion Quality of Life in All Seniors’.

Mary Chaplin-Smith, Activities and Volunteers Co-ordinator

Mary

Laughter, happiness and fun are the key to making the residents enjoy their lives at Sunrise. The rewards for this are enormous and that’s the goal that I want myself and my team to achieve on a daily basis.

Sarah Morris, Reminiscence Coordinator

Weybridge - Sarah Morris

I am the Reminiscence Coordinator here, looking after our residents living with dementia. I have been with Sunrise for nine years now and have found my passion in dementia care. I absolutely love my job and find it so rewarding seeing our residents thriving in an engaging environment where they are supported with dignity. I am always on hand to talk to anyone who feels worried about their loved one.

Ruby Clark, Director of Community Relations

Weybridge - Ruby Clark

I’m here to support you through the journey of discovering more about how care can be better than you ever thought it could be.

I play a large role in organising events that our local community, schools and businesses come along to, this strengthens our community spirit. The most rewarding part of my role is when people move in and I meet the families. We see a huge improvement in their quality of life and a brighter personality comes to light through an enriching activities calendar and nurturing staff.

I’m very proud to be a part of such a long standing, genuine, kind and caring team here at Sunrise of Weybridge.
