Please see our Regular events here at Tettenhall – below that are our monthly special events. You are welcome to come along, but please call to confirm in advance.

Hobbies in the Lobby - Monday's at 10.30am - A chance to bring whatever hobby you like to the lounge. From knitting, sewing, lacework, crosswords to a game of chess. Helped by the Activities Team and regular Volunteer Beverley. Often making items for charity to encourage our "Living with Generosity" sense of purpose.

Daily Garden Walk - everyday at 13.45pm - After lunch our residents gather together to walk in the beautiful gardens of Tettenhall. Our wheelchair friendly paths are purpose built for inclusion of all mobility strengths. The perfect opportunity to top up our vitamin D and enjoy the fresh air

Art Club - Tuesday's at 11.00am - Art Club is fantastic for beginners to experts, something for everyone. Each week learning about a different artists style and trying our hand at new ideas. A real confidence booster for showcasing art work created by our residents to family and fellow residents through our "Pic" of the week display, why not come and have a look.

Minibus Outing - Wednesday's and Thursday's - Our Driver "Bob" is adored by all our residents and team members here at Tettenhall. Each and every trip is planned with purpose to make it meaningful for the residents involved. Trips include, coffee by the River Severn, deer spotting on Cannock Chase and even a trip for afternoon tea at our Activity Coordinator's farm in Shropshire to admire the amazing views and see the many different animals.

Church Service - Thursday's at 11.00am - Our Resident Ambassadors taking a lead with Alan playing the organ and Alison helping to arrange the running of the service. During the past year we have had live Church Services from St Michael and All Angels projected on to a large screen alternating with a recorded service from Earley St Peters Church in Reading Church which was the regular church attended by some of our residents.

Friday Fun - Friday 14.30pm - When restrictions allow we visit the local "Tea Dance" at Wombourne. This provides an opportunity to encourage friendships with other groups as well as nurturing the mind, body and soul.

Pianist over lunch - Saturday's at 12.30pm - Whilst residents dine at lunch in our restaurant our regular pianist Richard stimulates not only the hunger for our dining experience but the hunger for music too. His passion in playing shines through creating a beautiful ambiance.

Sherry Social - Sunday's at 12.00pm - This is a time for our residents to relax on a Sunday with a sherry in hand to get the taste buds tingling before Sunday Lunch. This leads us nicely to our afternoon entertainment with "Bob" our multitasking driver singing the Sunday afternoon away.
