Tina Dawson - Sunrise of Purley GM

Tina Dawson, General Manager

I am proud to say I recently joined the Sunrise team. I originally qualified as a nurse in 1992 and I have spent the last 13 years as a manager in various health and social care organisations. I love being part of this Community and seeing the residents enjoying their lives here. I am passionate about supporting the team to be the best they can be and seeing how much joy they bring to the residents makes each day very special.

Dee Lall - Sunrise of Purley DM

Dee Lall, Deputy Manager

I am a qualified Nurse with over 30 years experience in this field. I have completed Certified Courses in Psychiatric Nursing and Psychology and have worked in various departments in hospitals caring for patients of all ages.

In 2000 I started working with the elderly and found it very rewarding. It is a career where there are always challenges, but the rewards are greater. At Sunrise there is something for everyone.

Rebecca Peters - Sunrise of Purley DCR

Rebecca Peters, Director of Community Relations

I joined Sunrise of Purley as the Director of Community Relations in 2018. My previous roles gave me experience in the care industry, NHS as well as various commercial sectors. I live locally and I am passionate about the area, our community and residents. I am very proud to work at Sunrise of Purley and be able to help make a real difference to people's lives, not just the residents but their families too. I really enjoy being around our residents, they make me smile every day.

Amanda Hartnett - Sunrise of Purley AVC

Amanda Hartnett, Activities Co-ordinator

I have been at Sunrise of Purley for 5 years. I joined as part of the Housekeeping Team and moved over to Activities, initially as an Activities Assistant, becoming the Activities and Volunteers Co-ordinator in 2018. It is a role that I enjoy very much, it is a real privilege to work closely with our residents on a one to one and group basis every day. Our Residents get so much out of the activities we put on which is a joy to see.

Mariciel Hawak - Sunrise of Purley ALC

Mariciel Figuracion-Hawak, Assisted Living Co-ordinator

I joined Sunrise of Purley in 2014. I am a qualified nurse and have been working in the care home industry for 15 years in various management roles. I enjoy every aspect of my job although it is very challenging, it gives me fulfillment. As the Assisted Living Coordinator I ensure that my care team provide and deliver the highest standard of person centred care. It is a pride and joy to be part of Sunrise team.

Jennifer Forder-Groen - Sunrise of Purley HH

Jennifer Forder-Groen, Head Housekeeper

I have worked as a Carer and as a Head Housekeeper in five star hotels for the last 25 years. In care I have worked with adults with Dementia and young adults with learning disabilities. Now as the Head Housekeeper at Sunrise of Purley I can put all my experience into practice and make sure our wonderful community is kept to the high standards that everyone enjoys and expects.

Josie Jarrett - Sunrise of Purley BOC

Josie Jarrett, Business Office Co-ordinator

I am very happy back at Sunrise of Purley as the Business Office Co-ordinator. I live locally and am very passionate about the area. I really enjoy interacting with our residents and I am here to support them and their families.
