One of the reasons why every Sunrise home is much more than just a care home is the team of people working there. Every hour of every day, Sunrise team members are working to make sure that our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. Amanda Holland, General Manager

I have worked at Sunrise for several years, as General Manager I set exceedingly high standards. I am passionate about the delivery of high quality care to seniors and proud to lead a dedicated and knowledgeable team here at Sunrise of Hale Barns. The team at Hale Barns are all committed to supplying the very best care and it is always a pleasure to work alongside all of them. I am extremely passionate about our mission to champion quality of life for all seniors. Our resident-centred approach delivers high quality care built around our resident needs. I am proud to lead in our Principles of Service. I am passionate about my role and I don't think there is anything more rewarding than a whisper saying thank you and a smile. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute working at Sunrise and look forward to many more years here.

Sue Cameron, Deputy Manager

I have recently gained the post as Deputy Manager. I am responsible for the care and wellbeing of all the residents who live in the community I joined Sunrise in 2010 and am thoroughly enjoying my position here. It is an honour and a pleasure to care for our residents who live within our community and it is extremely rewarding to be able to enhance  their quality of life.

Sharon Parkes, Director of Community Relations

Bramhall - Sharon Parkes As Director Of Community Relations the most important and rewarding part of my role is taking the families on the journey from their initial visit to Sunrise Of Hale Barns to the moving in of their loved ones and ensuring it is a smooth, stress free process. It is a very enjoyable position that provides me with a great deal of job satisfaction.

Iram Iqbal, Assisted Living Coordinator

Iram IqbalPrior to joining Sunrise I completed a BA (Hons) in Early childhood studies and then went onto completing my PGCE at University of Birmingham, I soon realised that my passion was within the care industry after caring for a loved one. I have worked for Sunrise Senior Living since 2012, having had the pleasure of working in a number of communities in different roles. Starting of as a care assistant then a Senior Care Assistant, shortly after took on the role as Senior wellbeing assistant. I have always pushed myself within my career and with my vast array of knowledge, experience and attributes I progressed onto becoming the Assisted Living Coordinator here at Sunrise of Hale Barns. I am extremely passionate about my role and set high standards in delivering excellent quality person centred care to our residents. I take great pride to be a part of such a prestigious organisation and working alongside Sunrise’s core values and principles of service. It is an absolute privilege to be a part of such an amazing team, together we will champion the quality of life for all seniors which takes centre place in all our hearts.

Pamela Lillis, Reminiscence Coordinator 

Pam LillisI have worked in the care sector for over 20 years, for nearly 6 of those years I have happily worked on the reminiscence neighbourhood at sunrise. I started as a bank senior care assistant and soon realised that this was where I wanted to be permanently. I have met, and continue to meet, so many people who live with dementia and feel that it is a privilege to be able to care for them alongside the dedicated team that we have on our reminiscence neighbourhood.

Tracy Marsh, Head Concierge

I have been here at Sunrise Hale Barns for 3 years as Lead Concierge.From my position at the front desk I am the first point of contact for visitors and residents alike. It is my privilege to be able to assist everyone and direct all those who come into our community. I enjoy all aspects of my job and being an important member of the Hale Barns Team.

Matt Outram, Dining Services Coordinator

I’ve worked for Sunrise Hale Barns since 2013 as a chef but began my cheffing career over 15 years ago. During this time I have worked in many multi award winning establishments in and around the Manchester and Cheshire areas. I’m passionate, hardworking and dedicated with a commitment to providing the best possible service to our community and guests. It’s an honour to be part of such a proactive and productive team and a pleasure to help enhance our resident’s quality of life.

Regina Faria, Activities Coordinator

Regina FariaI feel truly privileged to work in Sunrise. I love working with seniors and I am pleased to be a part of a great team of people who all strive for the same goals. I believe Activities team can bring joy and fun into our residents’ lives, our aim is to give them happy experiences and involve their family and friends where possible. Nothing makes me happier than see residents smiling.
