How likely would you be to recommend Sunrise of Esher? Extremely Likely
My mother is happy and contented in the home after a week's respite. She is enjoying the cheerful care that the staff are providing.
Any 'glitches' have been sorted out willingly and professionally.
The induction day, led by the home admissions adviser, was excellent.
How likely would you be to recommend Sunrise of Esher? Likely
Moving our mother to Sunrise of Esher was the best thing we did; she couldn't be happier here.
Finding a care home during Covid was extremely difficult. The information on the website was clear, open and complete - nothing hidden. Our 'virtual' tour and the time given to us and spent with my mother-in-law was never too much trouble and the friendliness and patience of staff amazing. Moving in was very easy and although the isolation, until screening results came back, was difficult, we were all impressed as to how things were managed. I hope that this continues to be the case! So far a very positive experience - you came highly recommended and haven't disappointed.
I've been pleased with the level of care and communication and feel grateful for the support my mother has received throughout this pandemic.

We continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis, following public health advice. We've a detailed set of criteria to inform when an individual home can be reopened safely to limited visiting either by families of existing residents or by potential new residents who may want to view one of our homes. The majority of our homes are open for admissions.
As part of our approach to reopening for visitors, we'll be operating in a very different way. To minimise the risk of infection we've produced a safety guide.
We'll continue to follow public health advice to determine when visits will return to normal and will continue to do our best to support residents to keep in touch with loved ones.
