Sunrise of Chorleywood

Meet Our Team

One of the reasons why every Sunrise home is much more than just a care home is the team of people working there. Every hour of every day, Sunrise team members are working to make sure that our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. Here are just a few of the people you’ll find at your local Sunrise care home.

Michael Zinaka, General Manager

Michael ZinakaI have experience managing Nursing, Residential, Home care, Extra care and Day Care service providers, which affords me a unique perspective into service provision to older people. Ensuring that this service provision is delivered to the highest standard remains an intrinsic motivator of mine, hence my decision to join what has been confirmed, an excellent provider such as Sunrise.

My mantra is that "we are all one big family and family deserves the best from us in moments of vulnerability", and since joining Sunrise of Chorleywood, I have been so happy to see that this community is one big family with staff who match my core values, love what they do and wake up every day excited to come in and have a positive impact on the livelihoods of our residents.
