How do I introduce Sunrise to a friend?

We like to make this really simple - either give your local home a call, email them or speak to one of the team members and tell them that you know someone who could be a perfect fit for Sunrise.

As a thank-you, we'll give you a £20 John Lewis voucher when they visit our home for a tour*.

Any resident of Sunrise Senior Living is eligible to receive £20 worth of John Lewis vouchers for each tour taken by a person following a recommendation made by that resident. In addition there is a £2,000 fee discount offered for each valid referral made by a resident, or a member of their family. The person being referred is also entitled to receive a £1,000 fee discount. There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made. The £2,000 and £1,000 deductions will be made to the referring and referred residents' bills respectively within 60 days of a referral becoming valid. Referrals become valid once the person introduced has been a permanent resident for 90 days (shorter respite stays not eligible). Payments on each resident's account must also be up to date in order for them to receive their fee deduction. For the fee discounts to be payable, the referring and referred resident must make Sunrise Senior Living's management at care home level aware of the referral prior to the referee becoming a resident, and the referee or referrer (as applicable) must confirm the referral to the management, if asked.
