Great care starts with great people.
That’s why at Sunrise Senior Living we like to surround ourselves with the best. Because we know it’s the way we treat our residents; the way we make them feel every day, that makes all the difference.
What we’re looking for is attitude, an inherent compassion and genuine desire to help, plus the willingness to learn. Skills can be taught but to make a difference to our residents every day we need team members who really care.
From caterers to carers, managers to maintenance, our homes rely on a diverse team of professionals to deliver the levels of service for which we’ve become renowned. And there are always opportunities for new members to come onboard.
Heart & Soul Award Winner 2019 - Sally, Sunrise of Tettenhall
If you share our belief that senior living should be designed to put the needs of every resident first. If you think individuality should be celebrated, and independence and self-fulfilment encouraged in whatever small way possible, then we’d love to hear from you.
Working in the care sector can be challenging at times, but when a family member sees positive changes in the wellbeing of their loved one it’s the most rewarding job in the world.
Show us the passion you have for your role and you’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits that range from our automatic pension scheme to shopping discounts with Everyday Discounts and the Sunrise Heart & Soul Awards, rewarding and recognising outstanding and long service with cash bonuses.
You’ll also be able to access all the development and training opportunities you need, giving you the flexibility to mould and shape your career to suit your skills and desires.
We continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis, following public health advice. We've a detailed set of criteria to inform when an individual home can be reopened safely to limited visiting either by families of existing residents or by potential new residents who may want to view one of our homes. The majority of our homes are open for admissions.
As part of our approach to reopening for visitors, we'll be operating in a very different way. To minimise the risk of infection we've produced a safety guide.
We'll continue to follow public health advice to determine when visits will return to normal and will continue to do our best to support residents to keep in touch with loved ones.
