They are the driving force behind Sunrise’s exceptional customer experience and at the forefront of using digital to reach future Sunrise residents, and highlight the fantastic work our teams deliver.
The team covers the whole marketing mix - from running photoshoots in homes to collateral creation, through to advertising campaigns and high-level brand strategy. Anything with the Sunrise brand on it started as an idea in the marketing department.

Gold Award for Brilliance in PR and Communications
Our #CelebrateCareHomes campaign won the Gold Award for Brilliance in PR/Communications. The campaign was launched in July 2020 and aimed to unite residents, praise all of the care home staff efforts during Covid-19 and to highlight all that is great about living in care homes.
