Upcoming Sunrise Summer Events - Join Us

Wednesday 18th August, 2pm-4pm. Charity Musical Afternoon. A special invitation to join us for a fantastic afternoons entertainment. SEGALUA are a local based singing group who are wonderful to listen to and we are delighted that they are coming to sing for us. 

There will be an indulgent afternoon tea provided and a grand raffle in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.  We make no charge for this event but donations to the Society can be made on the day

To Be Held During August. Reminiscence Family Support Group. We have a monthly "get together" for people who care for a relative with dementia. Not only do these meetings give an opportunity for people to talk about their experiences with like-minded and sympathetic friends, but we often have invited expert speakers on hand who can answer questions and help us to understand what is happening and how our relative is feeling.
 
We would like to invite people who are supporting someone at home with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia to get in touch with us and come along to the group.  Days and times of meetings are varied to allow for as many people to come as possible.  Please call for further information.
