CQC Rates Sunrise of Mobberley
Sunrise Senior Living of Mobberley is rated ‘Good' in its provision of care services by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England and the Good rating means that people who use these services experience “good quality outcomes”.
It was noted that daily life and social activities as well as the environment within the community were excellent. It was considered in particular that the seniors "who live at Sunrise are able to take part in a range of activities and mealtimes were a positive experience", and lived "in a well maintained environment, which is equipped to meet their needs."

Sunrise Host a Blaze of Spring Colour for Fun and Charity
Sunrise Senior Living of Mobberley topped off a week of hat-related spring activities with an afternoon tea and hat parade which raised over £400 for Age Concern East Cheshire.
On Wednesday 31 March 2010 residents and staff of Sunrise Senior Living on Hall Lane in Mobberley donned interesting and creative hear gear and welcomed Cheshire East Mayor Cllr Margaret Simon and other guests to join in the fun. The sumptuous afternoon tea in the beautifully appointed surroundings at Sunrise preceded a hat parade where residents were able to show off the fruits of their creative hat making classes. The result was a colourful and fun array of head gear.
Cheshire East Mayor, Cllr Margaret Simon, said: “It’s so difficult to choose the winners. Everyone has put such a lot of effort into their work and they all deserve recognition for such a wonderful display. Rosettes and Champagne were presented to the winners for their creations in the categories of Most Original, Most Flamboyant, Most Elegant, Most Colourful and Best in Show.
