Being healthy is top of everyone's’ priority list these days, perhaps even more so as we age.  Sunrise of Cardiff recognise the kinds of problems that befall us as we get older and so we have arranged for various professionals in the field of healthcare and nutrition to give informative talks throughout the afternoon.

Saturday 21st August, 10am-4pm. Open House with Live Entertainment. Seniors, families and carers are cordially invited to come along to the Sunrise of Cardiff open house event. All are welcome to come along and experience our extensive quality-care facilities as well as sumptuous living accommodation - all set in beautiful landscaped grounds. The day includes live entertainment by India Dance Wales. India Dance Wales is Wales' premier professional Indian Dance company and has been enchanting audiences with the art of Classical Indian Dance since 1983. India Dance Wales specialises in the Classical dance form of Bharata Natyam, one of the most dynamic and internationally popular styles of Indian Dance.

Sunrise Presented With Welsh Food Hygiene Award

Sunrise Senior Living of Cardiff is delighted to have been awarded the Welsh Food Hygiene Award 'Silver Standard'. In order to achieve this accreditation our premises was deemed to have an excellent standard of cleanliness and have a good food safety management system in place. In addition, one or more members of staff must have intermediate food hygiene training.

Our dedicated catering team, on hand to provide delicious restaurant style dining, have now been recognised for their high standard of food preparation and hygiene.
