Summer Events & Activites - Book Today
Monday 2nd August, 10am to 2:30pm. Indoor Street Market. Come along and browse a range of stalls from a selection of local retailers. Tours of the community will also be available. Please call on 01276 456000 to let us know to expect you.
Thursday 12th August, 4pm. Book Club. Join our popular Book Club for an informative talk about Gardens in Britain. Places are limited so please call 01276 456 000 to reserve your Place.
16th-20th August. Arts and Crafts Exhibition Open House Week. Pop in at any time during the week to see stunning arts and crafts made by our residents and team members. Our exhibition will include a variety of displays showcasing the talents and skills of our residents and team members.
Wednesday 25th August, from 10am. Ascot Golden Age Retirement Fair. Come along and meet Sunrise at the Ascot Golden Age Retirement Fair. The event will be held at Ascot Racecourse. This year the event will be staged in the spectacular setting of the new Grandstand with views over the course. The Golden Age event is about providing information on the services that are available to the retired in the local area. Sunrise takes a different point of view from most when it comes to senior care. We believe that seniors deserve the best; why not come along and meet us and find out more. Sunrise of Bagshot able to offer Nursing Care!
What does it mean for our residents?
Sunrise of Bagshot will remain the same comfortable, homelike and enjoyable place
to live, but now we are extending our care services so that additional
nursing will be available 24 hours a day. It means that residents and
families have the reassurance of knowing that if nursing care is
required later, Sunrise can provide it.
The new registration is
also an acknowledgment of our competency and expertise in caring. We
have been participating in rigorous training to ensure that all
residents receive the best assistance and care possible. But the really
good news…As a result of our new registration it means that residents
assessed to receive nursing care will be eligible for NHS Funded
Nursing Care contributions. This is an amount of £108.70 per week paid
as a contribution towards your weekly fees. Talk to us soon about the process to get an assessment made and we'll help to make it happen.
