Meet Our Team

One of the reasons why every Sunrise home is much more than just a care home is the team of people working there. Every hour of every day, Sunrise team members are working to make sure that our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. Here are just a few of the people you’ll find at your local Sunrise care home.

Inga Grimailaite, General Manager

Inga

Hello, my name is Inga Grimailaite and I am the General Manager at Virginia Water. I have been working for the company for over ten years and had great opportunities. I have completed NVQ4 in health and social care and undertaken regular training in order to update my skills and knowledge.

I have worked with people with dementia for four years and I have a passion for delivering quality and real person-centred care. I enjoy working alongside excellent team members and feel valued as an individual within that service and the organisation in general.

Mark Wren, Activities and Volunteers Co-ordinator

Mark

Being a part of the Sunrise community here in Virginia Water is extremely rewarding as each of the residents living here is uniquely wonderful.

It is a privilege for me to be in a position where I can strive to provide them with activities and entertainment that enriches and enlivens their days

Tracy Campbell, Director of Community Relations

TracyMy role is to help families and residents from their very first enquiry through to moving in to our community. It can sometimes be a very difficult and emotional time with a huge transition for everyone involved. It gives me real pleasure to take people on a tour of our community and then see them settle in, make new friends and join in with activities that they were no longer able to do before coming to Sunrise. I love seeing the smiles on the faces of family and friends when they come to visit their loved ones, knowing that they made the right decision to come to Sunrise. It's such a rewarding job!

Ewa Jaworksa, Assisted Living Co-ordinator

Ewa

I started working with Sunrise of Virginia Water as a care assistant in 2008.  I am proud to say that I am now Assisted Living Coordinator. I am dedicated in providing a high quality service, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.  I have an excellent team who works hard to ensure that our residents get the best care and that all of their needs are met every day.

Jane Nelson, Reminiscence Co-ordinator

Jane

I really enjoy being the Reminiscence coordinator at Sunrise Virginia Water, because of the close bonds that we create with our residents and their families. It truly feels like we do make a difference, as a team, to the daily lives of the people we care for. It is so important to make our residents ‘voices heard, so they are at the centre of everything we plan with them. Exploring different options and finding ways in which to make every day purposeful for each resident is stimulating and interesting and  seeing the smiles is very worthwhile.
