Meet Our Team

One of the reasons why every Sunrise home is much more than just a care home is the team of people working there. Every hour of every day, Sunrise team members are working to make sure that our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. Here are just a few of the people you’ll find at your local Sunrise care home.

Dacre Lassauniere, General Manager

DacreI am exceptionally proud to be part of Sunrise of Esher. The team are a focussed group of individuals who have a genuine and heartfelt desire to make every day a special one for each of our residents. I believe that this ethos is at the heart of why Sunrise of Esher is a warm and friendly community.

Michelle David, Assisted Living Co-ordinator

Michelle

We all feel like we’re part of one big family, focusing on heartfelt care and a genuine passion for our mission statement and residents.

Our award winning status makes me so proud of everyone here at Esher. It’s a privilege for me to lead such a team.

Margaret Manning, Activities & Volunteers Co-ordinator

Margaret

I am very passionate about activities and enabling the residents to live with a purpose. I am very fortunate to have a great team of hard working and dedicated individuals, who love being able to offer people meaningful moments and see the difference in their self-esteem and well-being.  Now I have come to Sunrise I can use my experience to enhance lives and brighten up the day.

Michele Woodger, Reminiscence Co-ordinator

Michele

Our Reminiscence Team is committed to the wellbeing of our people who live with memory problems. People with dementia need the place where they live to be filled with joy, affection, understanding and to feel secure and safe.

Our dedicated team works hard to give our residents the personalised care they need, and activities that are meaningful to the individual, as well as the choice to join group outings and activities.

We are a close and happy team who welcome any other people with memory problems to come and meet us and see if we can make a difference to their lives.

Nicky Hazell, Director of Community Relations

Nicky

I am the first point of contact for both seniors and their families looking into care options, either for now or for the future. I am proud to invite people into our lovely community, show them around and make sure that when they leave they have all the relevant information that they need. The satisfaction I have in my role, is seeing people thrive when they have moved in with us and telling me they wished they had made the decision to move into Sunrise earlier.
