One of the reasons why every Sunrise home is much more than just a care home is the team of people working there. Every hour of every day, Sunrise team members are working to make sure that our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. I have joined Sunrise of Banstead in 2016 as Reminiscence Co-ordinator. Previously worked at Sunrise for 4 years. I feel honoured to be part of such an amazing team who demonstrate love and kindness to our residents. I am really proud to work with such a great team and feel that we can make a difference to make each day meaningful and enhance the quality of life for our residents. I am passionate about person centred care for residents with dementia. Sunrise has enabled me to deliver person-centred care on the daily basis. I really enjoy supporting our residents and their families through their journey with dementia.
